Terms and Conditions – Leewardists Online Courses

Thanks for registering for the webinar! You are just one step away from learning with us!

We are excited too! But, just to make sure this runs smoothly and you enjoy the process too, here are some terms and conditions that we need all of you participants to strictly adhere to.

Webinar Terms and Conditions-

a.) Please follow the rules and instructions carefully put down by the host while hosting the webinar sessions.

b.) The first session of the webinar streams live at 05:30 AM GMT or 1:30 PM GMT (as per the package bought). Please log in to the zoom webinar and download the application (link will be sent upon registration) on your preferred device well ahead of time.

c.) All the panellists will be live and their video will be switched on by default. This is done to have live interactions with the audience. Please don’t switch off your video unless you’re asked to, by the host. If the video is switched off by any participant, he/she will be removed from the session in 60 sec.

d.) The webinar sessions should be viewed by the registrant only. If the host observes no. exceeding in the video, the participant will be removed immediately.

e.) The host has the power to mute/unmute the panellists and attendees during the session, please follow the instructions given by the host while presenting/hosting.

f.) If any unhealthy behaviour, misconduct or act of heckling is observed during the webinar, the registrant will be removed immediately.

h.) All the tasks given by the tutor will have to be completed by the participants before engaging with the next session. This is to ensure your own smooth transition throughout the whole webinar.

i.) Links of the consecutive sessions will be given at the end of the ongoing webinar session. The link given after the webinar is bought is for the first session only.

j.) The deliverables from our end will be sent through the mail to the participants, after or prior to the session. Please be patient and maintain the decorum of the design and execution of the sessions.

k.) If the payment for the registration of webinar is deducted without the link being shared, please send us a mail at leewardistswebinars@gmail.com and we’ll send you the registration link.

l.) Once registered for the webinar, a refund will not be initiated after cancellation. However, a participant must have received a note saying that one can cancel it anytime, it is a default message of the webinar software we are using and does not include in our policies.

m.) The webinar will be called off if there are less than 15 enrollments. In such case, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
